Scripts Rx Pharmacy respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect information about you and how it may be used and disclosed. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to learn how we collect, use, share and otherwise process information relating to you (Personal Data) and your rights and choices regarding our processing of your Personal Data. A reference to “we,” “us,” or “our,” is a reference to Scripts Rx Pharmacy.

What Information We Collect

The Personal Data that we collect may include the following:


  • Information you provide to us to complete requested transactions and/or services you enter into with us including prescription and medical information.

  • Information you provide to us for communicating with you such as your name, address, date of birth, telephone number, or email address.

  • Information about your login details for our services, including your user name and password.

  • Information collected from your use of our websites, including information about your device and your usage of our websites through cookies, web beacons or similar technologies, such as IP-addresses or other identifiers.


How We Collect Information

  • Whenever you, or someone on your behalf, provides information to us including:

    • Receiving a prescription from a health care provider on your behalf;

    • Interacting with you as part of delivering a service;

    • Communicating with you via web chat, text message, phone communication, and other forms in providing services;

    • Creating and interacting through an account, portal, and otherwise visiting our websites;

    • Participating in community and other social media platforms

  • Marketing and other communications from us, including email and texts

  • Cookies and tracking beacons

  • Other third parties including business partners


How We Share Information:

We may share Personal Data with:


  • Companies, affiliates,  and service providers as reasonably necessary to complete services and conduct standard business operations in compliance with our HIPAA Privacy Policy;

  • Insurers and affiliates as reasonably necessary for the purposes of obtaining or maintaining insurance coverage, managing risks, obtaining professional advice;

  • Payment services providers to complete financial transaction;

  • IT and information system administration and hosting service providers; and/or to otherwise comply with a legal obligation.


Correcting Your Information

Your Choices

Scripts Rx Pharmacy does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, you may be able to set the DNT signal on your browser so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.


Text Messaging– Opting In and Out

You have the choice to use our text messages services on the mobile phone number(s) you have shared with us or your healthcare provider. We may send you text messages to that number: (i) regarding your account; (ii) to investigate or prevent fraud; and (iii) to alert you in the event of an emergency.  We will not contact you via text messages for marketing or billing purposes. You do not have to opt-in to text messages and alerts to use our services.


You may choose to opt-out from our text messages at any time using any reasonable means.  To directly opt-out send us a text message from your mobile phone with the word STOP and we will unsubscribe you from text communications.  Once you opt-out, you will not receive any additional text messages via your mobile phone.  Please keep in mind that if you opt-out of receiving text messages and alerts we may not be able to contact you with important messages regarding your account.  At any time, you can opt back into receiving messages by sending a text message from your mobile phone to us with the work UNSTOP.


Security and Retention

We take organizational, technical, and physical precautions to help safeguard against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, the Personal Data we process or use. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. You are solely responsible for protecting your password, limiting access to your devices, and signing out of websites after your sessions.


We will keep your Personal Data while we are providing our products and services to you. Unless otherwise noted, we will not retain your data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In determining data retention periods, we take into consideration local laws, contractual obligations, our reasonable business requirements, and your expectations and requirements.  When it is no longer necessary to retain your personal data, we will securely delete, destroy, or anonymize it.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of the state of California, under the California Civil Code, you have the right to request information on how to exercise your disclosure choice options from companies conducting business in California. To do so, send a request for information indicating your preference as to how you would like us to respond to your request (i.e., email or postal mail). All requests sent via postal mail must be labeled “Your California Privacy Rights” on the envelope or post card and clearly stated on the actual request. For all requests, please include your name, street address (if you would like a response via postal mail), city, state, and ZIP code. We will not accept requests via telephone or fax. We are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or do not have complete information.



Our website is not directed at children. Through the use of our website, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16 that is not required to perform necessary services or is received from the child’s healthcare provider as part of standard business operations. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Data without your consent, please contact us as described in the “Contact Us” section below, and we will take steps to delete such Personal Data from our systems.


Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and we reserve the right to do so to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements and other factors. If we do, we will update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we make an update, we may provide you with notice prior to the update taking effect, such as by posting a conspicuous notice on our website and/or by contacting you using the email address you provided.
